February 2021 Meeting:

Meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m.
Treasurer’s report: A detailed treasurer’s report was presented by Lewis Gray Closing 2020 club membership was 36 members, and to date, 26 members have paid their 2021 Dues renewal.
Old Business:
Lee Bailey reported back on his acquiring a new deck for the mower. Although he had to drive 100 miles to get it, he was able to secure a new deck for the mower. In addition, he was also able to locate new rear tires. The total cost was approximately $350 dollars for the deck, new blades, spindles, and tires. Thank you, Lee, for your efforts
FSS 2/3 was held at the club field in on Jan 12/13. Weather was cold and windy.
New Business:
Members were reminded of the upcoming ALES contest at the club field scheduled for 27 March.
Two new members were voted in Ken Viles and Michael Patterson
A brief discussion was held regarding the proximity between the two flying areas and all were reminder to all to be aware of your turn radius when flying from the Electric area so as to take care to avoid flying near or over the sailplane pit/parking area.
