{"id":4532,"date":"2021-05-16T09:08:46","date_gmt":"2021-05-16T14:08:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.orlandobuzzards.org\/?page_id=4532"},"modified":"2021-05-16T09:09:07","modified_gmt":"2021-05-16T14:09:07","slug":"feb-2021","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.orlandobuzzards.org\/?page_id=4532","title":{"rendered":"Meeting minutes Feb 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Orlando Buzzard RC\nClub:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>February 2021 Meeting:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meeting Date: 13 Feb,\n2021<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treasurer\u2019s report:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A detailed treasurer\u2019s report was presented by Lewis Gray Closing 2020 club membership was 36 members, and to date, 26 members have paid their 2021 Dues renewal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Old Business:&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lee Bailey reported back on his acquiring a new deck for the\nmower.&nbsp; Although he had to drive 100\nmiles to get it, he was able to secure a new deck for the mower.&nbsp;&nbsp; In addition, he was also able to locate new\nrear tires.&nbsp; The total cost was\napproximately $350 dollars for the deck, new blades, spindles, and tires.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Thank you, Lee, for your efforts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FSS 2\/3 was held at the club field in on Jan 12\/13.&nbsp;&nbsp; Weather was cold and windy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members were reminded of the upcoming ALES contest at the\nclub field scheduled for 27 March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two new members were voted in Ken Viles and Michael\nPatterson<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A brief discussion was held regarding the proximity between\nthe two flying areas and all were reminder to all to be aware of your turn\nradius when flying from the Electric area so as to take care to avoid flying\nnear or over the sailplane pit\/parking area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meeting was adjourned at approximately 10:30.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Orlando Buzzard RC Club: February 2021 Meeting: Meeting Date: 13 Feb, 2021 Meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. Treasurer\u2019s report:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A detailed treasurer\u2019s report was presented by Lewis Gray Closing 2020 club membership was 36 members, and to date, 26 members have paid their 2021 Dues renewal.
