Minutes for March\n2020 Meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This meeting was held on February 29 at the Ft Christmas field\nand called to order at 10:05 AM by president Raed Elazzawi. Eight members were\npresent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minutes of the February meeting were read and approved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Treasurer\u2019s report was not available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Old Business <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our plan for temporary removal of\nyellow posts on the Christmas filed will be enacted later this month. Supplies for this task will be obtained by\nLee Bailey and Bill Staley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
New Business <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Members present discussed the news\nthat the Kenny World property is up for sale. \nThis 25+ acre site near Ocala has been a popular venue for major\nBuzzards soaring contests. The property\nmay be purchased by a member of the local OWLS club. The Buzzards may consider leasing it from the\npurchaser for our events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting was adjourned at about 10:35\nAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
