Minutes for September\n2019 Meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This meeting was held on September 14 at the Ft Christmas field\nand called to order at 10:05 AM by president Raed Elazzawi. Approximately 9 members were present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minutes of the August meeting were read and approved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Treasurer\u2019s report was not available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Old Business <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sign and wind sock at field\nentrance gate were replaced by Lee Bailey. Thanks!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Potential design change for\nTangerine shirts was discussed to improve sales of leftovers. The contest year would not be included and\nthe club emblem would be enlarged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
New Business <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Former members Allan Parsons and\nBill Staley\u2019s applications were accepted and welcomed back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tangerine preparations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Raffle contributions are hard to\nobtain as reported by Steve B and Lee B. \nThey will continue to search for willing vendors and to work with Graves\nRC for deals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Trophies: The usual plaques have become very expensive,\nso Raed found a source for less costly trophy cups. It was suggested that a Grand Champion\npermanent plaque be created but no action was formulated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
