Minutes for June 2019\nMeeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This meeting was held on June 1 at the Ft Christmas field\nand called to order at 10:20 AM by president Raed Elazzawi. Six members were present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minutes of the May meeting were read and approved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Treasurer\u2019s report was not available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Old Business <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Raed reported that the FAA will be\nplacing AMA flying sites on Sectional charts. \nThe AMA Nationals site applied for a waiver to ensure that the 400 foot\nceiling will not be an issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
New Business <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Planning for the November Tangerine\ncontest was discussed. Raed will apply\nfor the AMA sanction and then asked Lee Bailey and Steve Blake to begin\nrequests for raffle items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting was adjourned at about 1030\nAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
