Minutes for February\n2019 Meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This meeting was held on February 9 at the Fort Christmas field\nand called to order at 10:30 AM by president Raed Elazzawi. Five members were present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Minutes of the January meeting were read and approved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Treasurer\u2019s report was presented by Lewis Gray, 29 members have paid dues so far.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Old Business <\/p>\n\n\n\n
County park services plan to put\norange balls on the electric wires on the Christmas field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
New Business <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Members flying at the college field\nmust contact campus security when arriving and leaving. Call 407 971-5000 (or 5020) then select\nOption 4 which is the Security Office on the main Sanford campus. Identify yourself as an RC glider club member\non the Oviedo campus using the \u2018back\u2019 field. \nThe duty officer may not understand why you are calling so just\npatiently explain that the Oviedo security people asked us to report in. Raed will send out an advisory email\nregarding this policy to all members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting was adjourned at about 11:00 AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
