\nMinutes for July 2018 Meeting
\nThis meeting was held on June 30 at the Fort Christmas field and called to order at 10:15 AM by president Raed Elazzawi. Approximately 8 members plus some guests were present.
\nMinutes of the June 2018 meeting were read and approved.
\nThe Treasurer\u2019s report was presented by Lewis Gray. Current balance is $7387.14. Paid membership is 32.
\nOld Business
\nRaed mentioned that the F3RES contest will be held at St Augustine field on July 14-15.
\nNew Business
\nThe rocket group plans to conduct launches on 14 and 28 July, weather permitting.
\nCollege field grass is too high but is due for mowing in mid-July. Discussed possibility of a member cutting some small areas.
\nNew member, Dennis Harvey, was voted in.
\nThe F3J World Championships is coming up in Romania. Jody Miller is a team member. Guest at our field today is Charleston from Tennessee who just filled in as a member of the Jr team. Events can be followed on the TEAMUSAF3J.COM website.
\nThe meeting was adjourned at about 10:30 AM.
