This meeting was held on Sept 5 at the Oviedo college field. The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am by president Raed Elazzawi. 9 members were present.<\/p>\n
Minutes of the July meeting were read and approved. There was no meeting in August.<\/p>\n
Treasurer\u2019s report was presented by Lewis Gray. There are 30 paid members on the roster.<\/p>\n
Old Business<\/u><\/p>\n
No progress on sign for the Christmas entrance gate to explain flying area limitations. Lee Bailey will pursue this.<\/p>\n
Raed installed a \u2018For Sale\u2019 forum on the club web site.<\/p>\n
Tangerine planning is proceeding. Event descriptions and sign up link are posted on RC Groups. Contest directors are: Don Grisham (Friday ALES\/RES); Tom Galloway (Saturday Unlimited); Rick Eckel (Sunday Unlimited). Trophies will be made by Jody Miller. Shirts and other items are in work.<\/p>\n
New Business<\/u><\/p>\n
Raed mentioned that AMA dues are going up after Sept 14 so renew prior to that to save money.<\/p>\n
Three Buzzards are participating in the F3J Team Select event in Dallas \u2013 Dillon and John Graves, and Jody Miller.<\/p>\n
