This meeting was held on May 9 at the Christmas field. The meeting was called to order at 10:05 am by president Raed Elazzawi. 6 members were present.
\nMinutes of the April meeting were read and approved.
\nTreasurer\u2019s report was presented by Lewis Gray. There are 28 paid members on the roster.
\nOld Business
\nFSS #1A went OK.
\nFSS #2 conditions were windy and challenging.
\nWind Sock \u2013 Raed still working on this.
\nNew Business
\nRaed mentioned upcoming events:
\n– FSS #2A on 16 May at Christmas field
\n– Mid South on 22-24 May in South Carolina
\n– FSS #3 on 6-7 Jun at IRKS
\n– Summer Solstice DLG on 12-14 June at Christmas field
\nRaed to ask Walter O. to mow the close-cut areas prior to next contest (FSS 2A).
