Meeting Minutes for July 6, 2013<\/p>\n

The July meeting was held at the Barr Street field and called to order at 10:00 am by president Raed Elazzawi. 7 members were present.<\/p>\n
Minutes of the June meeting were read and approved.<\/p>\n
Treasurer Lewis Gray reported the bank account balance The club roster lists 24 members.<\/p>\n
Old Business<\/span><\/p>\n Regarding Orange County Florida RC Association:<\/p>\n – Discussion regarding loans for improving the Association field has ended since Orange County will not allow the use of asphalt or electric pig fences on the property.<\/p>\n New Business<\/span><\/p>\n SSC field access: Raed and Rick Eckel met with Kendra at SSC to request club access when security was not present. She said she would forward this request but was not very optimistic.<\/p>\n Don Grisham asked for the Buzzards to host a 2 day ALES contest at Kennyworld in late January. This will be discussed some more at future meetings.<\/p>\n Upcoming contests include:<\/p>\n – FSS #4 at Kennyworld on Sept 7&8<\/p>\n – Tangerine at Kennyworld on the weekend before Thanksgiving.
