\nMeeting Minutes for April 13, 2013<\/p>\n
The April meeting was held at the college field and called to order at 12:30 pm by president Raed Elazzawi. 3 members were present.
\nMinutes of the March meeting were read and approved.
\nTreasurer Lewis Gray was not present so there was no treasurer\u2019s report.
\nOld Business
\nFSS #1 was held April 6 & 7 at the Christmas field. The Buzzards helped the OCFRCA host this event. We collected $404 and after FSS expenses the two clubs each earned $152. The Buzzards purchased a campsite porta potty for $157.
\nRegarding Orange County Florida RC Association:
\n– Use Agreement has been extended. The Lease agreement is expected to be approved by the county council this month.
\nRaed is waiting for a response from ranger management regarding the new potential field near Wildewood, FL.
\nNew Business
\nNew members John and Dillon Graves were approved by an on-line vote.
\nFSS #2 will at Ocala on May 4 & 5. Pompano club will host it with Buzzards equipment and so arrangements for getting it all there were discussed.
\nALES contest on May 18 will be at the Christmas field. Raed requested assistance with bringing the porta potty to the field.
