The field offers about 30 acres which includes an area for Sailplane flying and another for Electric airplane flying.<\/p>\n

Pilots who fly at our flying field should bear in mind that no gas powered planes of any sort are permitted!<\/strong><\/span> Only sailplanes, electric airplanes, helicopters and drones are to be flown. AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics)<\/a> membership is required! Fliers should also remember that we only keep our flying fields by being good neighbors, no flying is permitted over the property at the south west corner, nor over the Fort Christmas park. Generally flying should only be done to the east of the second fence line, the first being along the main gate!<\/p>\n

Club members are usually flying on Saturdays between 9:00am and 1:00pm but some fly at other times during the week also. If you want to visit us and be sure that someone is at the field please contact one of the club members listed on this page<\/a> to arrange a suitable time.

Take Hwy 50 (Colonial Dr.) east of Orlando, about 4 miles east of the Hwy 520 exit, turn left on Fort Chrismas Rd,  Or about 10 miles west of I95, turn right on Fort Christmas Rd, drive for 1.9 miles, field is on the right.<\/p>\n
